CLASSES AT ActiveEDGE

By carefully designing small group sized classes, using only experienced instructors, our classes are classes provide a safe and effective workout for a variety of people at any fitness level and experience. Our calendar provides a listing of our current class schedule including a classes room description. Class sizes range from 4-15 people.

PILATES

Mobility and strength workout designed to integrate the Pilates method into a strength workout. Adapted and suitable for all levels of fitness and experience.

CYCLING, STRENGTH & CORE

This fun and highly effective cycling class is a blend of on bike cardio vascular conditioning interspersed with off the bike exercises and strength and core training. Designed for all levels of fitness and cycling experience.

STRENGTH CIRCUIT

A circuit based class without cardio based segments. The focus is on strength conditioning. Participants will be working with moderate to heavy weights in the 8-12 rep range. Focus is on developing safe and proper form.

RECESS CIRCUIT TRAINING

A varied intensity, interval based, group training session designed around our Move Strong adult “Jungle Gym.” Appropriate for all levels.

SENIOR FIT CLUB

An instructor led session to develop strength, mobility, balance and stability with the senior exerciser in mind.
